By using the Red Trail Wanderers website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

We provide informational pages about trail programs, History Trail content, and an interactive map for Onteora Scout Reservation. Content is offered for general information and program coordination. Outdoor activities involve inherent risk; always follow applicable scouting and land-manager safety rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through forms.
• Do not attempt to break into admin accounts or disrupt the site.
• Do not scrape or misuse the site in ways that overload our systems.

Map and location features

The GPS map is a convenience tool. Location accuracy depends on your device and conditions. Do not rely on it as your only navigation method in the backcountry. User pins are stored on your device and may be lost if you clear browser data.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Red Trail Wanderers / affiliated organizations or used with permission. You may not copy program materials for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, map accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
